I agree, well written article. Most of us are powerless to do anything important or meaningful to combat the level of obfuscation and misinformation which the governments foist upon us, but that doesn't mean that we must be silent when exposed to the lies. We must speak up, even if those listening are not really listening, but just being polite. Otherwise, we become complicit in the spread.

Well said. I think there is a little death that happens inside when we feel we must speak up and don’t.
